Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Freddy Alves (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Robin Padilla (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Alves comes into the arena with Trik Turner - Friends and Family blaring out of the sound system. The fight MMA fans around the world have waited their entire lives for!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Padilla is looking to clinch but Alves is avoiding it.
Alves showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Padilla.
Padilla tries to clinch but Alves is having none of it.

Alves lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Padilla circles away quickly and effectively.

Padilla is looking for a sweep. Alves is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.

Alves lands a hook that stumbles Padilla back into the cage. Alves follows up with a straight and another hook that land right on the button, dropping Padilla to the canvas! Alves pounces and lands several unanswered shots - Padilla has had enough and taps out! This one is all over!
