Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Purist Thunderwrath (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Help Out (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Andrew Berry, Daniel Bishop and Colin Fotheringham.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Out keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.
Out lands a nice leg kick that just misses Thunderwrath's sensitive parts.
That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! Out crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from Thunderwrath - the referee stops the clock and Out gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says Thunderwrath. Out manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes.
Thunderwrath takes a kick to the body and keeps moving.
Purist Thunderwrath seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Thunderwrath tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.
Out goes for a spinning back kick but it misses.
Thunderwrath fails with an attempt to clinch.
Out doesn't succeed with the takedown

and Thunderwrath counters with a shoot takedown. Out fights it but they end up in guard.

Thunderwrath is intent on slowing down the pace of the fight, simply looking to control.

The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action.
Thunderwrath seems to have a rather negative gameplan on the ground. He seems keen to just score the takedown and hold down Out for as long as he can get away with.
Thunderwrath looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Out with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position.

Well, if Thunderwrath is going to just lie there, perhaps we should talk about what we're having for dinner tonight… I'm having a ham and pineapple pizza… Yum. Can't wait.

Out throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.

The fight moves into the clinch position.
Thunderwrath tries to throw a body punch but Out avoids it by throwing Thunderwrath back against the cage.
Thunderwrath prevents Out from breaking the clinch.

A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace.
Out throws a head kick but Thunderwrath moves out of range.
Thunderwrath tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.
Thunderwrath throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Out's waist but Out gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Thunderwrath off to one side.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Purist Thunderwrath. That's going to take a lot out of him.

Out looks to land a body kick but Thunderwrath moved away.

Out gets caught on his heels momentarily as he allows Thunderwrath to score an easy takedown into full guard.

Purist Thunderwrath dominated that round.
The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.

Out throws the kick towards the body but Thunderwrath avoids it.

Out throws a leg kick which misses Thunderwrath's front leg but catches the back leg as Thunderwrath tries to avoid it.

Good leg kick by Out there. It's the ones that make that thud noise that hurt and that was an almighty thud.
Thunderwrath closes the distance and clinches up with Out, looking for a takedown. Thunderwrath pushes Out against the cage but Out circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.
