Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Fernando Diaz (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Sam Squanch (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Diaz comes to the cage accompanied by Pantera - A New Level. Squanch has chosen Animal as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. This should be a great matchup!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
3 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Fernando Diaz!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
6 - 3 - 1, fighting out of Las Vegas, Sam Squanch!
The judges for this bout are Daniel Franklin, Cecil Peabody and Robert Twigg.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Diaz tries for a takedown but Squanch sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.
Diaz lands a body shot.
Diaz swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Diaz loads up on a big right hand but Squanch slips the punch.
Squanch connects with a lovely right hand, straight down the pipe.
Squanch avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Squanch fakes low and throws an overhand right that catches Diaz on the side of the head.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Squanch scores with a punch to the gut of his opponent.
Squanch cracks Diaz with a good jab.
Diaz throws a low kick but Squanch avoids it.
Diaz doesn't manage to clinch there - Squanch circles away.
Diaz looks to score with a jab to the body but Squanch is just out of range.
Diaz tries to clinch but Squanch is having none of it.
Diaz misses with a jab, cross combination.
Diaz misses with a series of wild punches.
Diaz throws a leg kick but Squanch sees it coming and checks it nicely.
Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Squanch, as that shot connected.
Squanch bobs and weaves and throws out a fast jab that snaps Diaz's head backwards.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Diaz is looking to clinch but Squanch is avoiding it.
Squanch cracks Diaz with a big right hand that sends him to the floor! Diaz looks wobbly but he's sprung back up to his feet straight away… can Squanch finish him?
Diaz is rocked!
Sam Squanch is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Diaz loses concentration momentarily and Squanch pounces with a three punch combo! Right, left, right! Diaz crashes face first to the mat, out cold! Squanch finishes this one with a fantastically precise combo! Great stuff.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:15 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punches). Sam Squanch!
