Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Wladimir Reis (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Enselmo Ramirez (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Reis comes to the cage accompanied by Racionais MCs - A Vida é Desafio. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ramirez misses with a kick to the body.
Ramirez looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.
Reis really is built like a bowling ball. I wonder if he'd roll if you pushed him down a hill...

Reis closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Reis lands in his opponent's guard.
Ramirez is looking to stand up but Reis isn't so interested in that idea.

Reis thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position.
Reis pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Ramirez is keeping the position for now.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Reis wants to control from the top but Ramirez keeps moving.
Ramirez wants to get back to his feet but Reis is in a dominant position and won't allow it.

Reis drops back looking for a leg! Ramirez is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Ramirez manages to kick Reis off! Reis jumps back into Ramirez's guard.
Reis stops Ramirez from standing up.
Reis sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Ramirez's guard.

Reis is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Ramirez doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Reis.

Ramirez is not content to let Reis control the position.

Reis is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Ramirez defends it well.
The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily.
Ramirez is trying to stand back up but Reis is controlling him

It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fighter is doing enough on the ground.
Ramirez throws a wild combination but nothing lands.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.

Ramirez pivots as if he's going to throw a leg kick but stops half way.
Ramirez misses with a body kick.
Ramirez throws a leg kick but Reis moved away.

Reis bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control.
Reis tries to cartwheel into mount but he doesn't manage it.

Reis is working for what looks like an arm triangle here. Ramirez is trying to escape and Reis transitions quickly into an armbar! He's slapped it on tight and Ramirez is forced to tap! Nice work there by Reis! Very nice indeed!
