Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Jeremy Foster (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Hank Hill (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Foster kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is Friggin In The Riggin. Jeremy Foster could well score a knockout today. He has the power to get to Hank Hill's chin.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 7 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Jeremy Foster!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 11 - 5 - 1, fighting out of Las Vegas, Hank Hill!
The judges for this bout are Alan Glass, Daniel Franklin and George Francis.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nice shot lands for Hill.

Foster feints and as Hill raises his hands in defense, Foster changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Foster trying to land body shots but he keeps hitting the mat.
Hill pulls Foster in close to prevent any damage.
Foster has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player.
Hill keeping moving, preventing Foster from controlling successfully.
Foster is looking to work some ground and pound but Hill has wrist control.
Foster trying to control the position from guard on top but Hill is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.

Foster throws a strike but Hill rolls with it and manages to sweep. Now he's in guard on top.
Hill wants to pass the guard but Foster is keeping the position.
Foster is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.
Hill jabs away that one connects to the head of his opponent.
Foster changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Hill tries to avoid it but Foster manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Hill to the ground. Hill escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Hill scores with a jab to the jaw.

A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd.
Foster tries to score a power double leg takedown but Hill sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Foster somewhat.

Foster drives through with a takedown into guard.
Hill keeping moving, preventing Foster from controlling successfully.
Hill looking to hit a scissor sweep but Foster is one step ahead there.
Foster missing there with some ground and pound from the guard.
Foster working in close now, lands a nice elbow to the side of Hill's head.
Hill looking to control the pace of the fight rather than finish it.
Hill keeping moving, preventing Foster from controlling successfully.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily.
Foster drops back for a leg but he's not going to get it - he lets go and Hill dives on top into guard.

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.

The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up.

Foster bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control.
Hill is moving his hips around well on the bottom and has managed to get back to half guard.
Hill is trying to stand back up but Foster is controlling him

Foster landing with strikes to the body and head, softening up his opponent.

The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Foster connects with a nice short shot to Hill's temple.

Hill missing with a left hand there. Foster was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one.
Foster shoots in but no luck this time.

Foster drives through with a really nice takedown into side control.
Foster sitting in side control, looking to soften his opponent up with elbows and hammerfists but Hill is avoiding damage well and looking to escape the position.

Hill is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.

Hill stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Foster swivels though and keeps the full guard.

Foster closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard.

Well I reckon that's a shut out for Foster, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
