The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Stone tries to clinch there but Begeman circles away.
Stone wants to clinch.
Stone swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Begeman rushes Stone and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch.
Begeman drops down looking for an ankle pick but Stone pulls his leg out and moves away.
Stone avoids the body shot from Begeman.
Stone wants to clinch.
The fighters circling - Begeman throws out the jab but it was never going to land.
Begeman tries to clinch up but Stone circles away and keeps his distance.
Stone takes a jab on the nose. He smiles like he loves it and keeps coming.
Stone tries to clinch but Begeman moves away
and Begeman counters with a head kick that drops Stone!
Stone is rocked!
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Begeman postures up, still in guard. A huge hammer fist lands that bounces Stone's head off the mat! Stone is out! He's out! Begeman jumps to his feet and celebrates with his corner!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:59 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Strikes). James Begeman!
