The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Prush ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Rasputin moves away.
Prush fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Rasputin avoids it really well and circles away.
Rasputin takes an uppercut right on the jaw but it doesn't phase him.
A looping hook to the body misses from Rasputin. Prush does a little dance to reset his feet.
Prush really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.

The referee stands the fighters back up. Math Prush just wasn't active enough from the dominant position.

Rasputin shoots in looking for a takedown. Prush tries to sprawl out of it but Rasputin keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Prush manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.

Rasputin blocks a knee to the body. He'll have a nicely bruised forearm in the morning.

Prush drops down looking for an ankle pick but Rasputin pulls his leg out and moves away.

Rasputin chips away with some ground and pound.
Prush has momentary wrist control but Rasputin slips an elbow through the middle.

Prush pulls Rasputin in close to his closed guard and prevents Rasputin from doing any damage or advancing position.
