The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jackson lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Konn circles away quickly and effectively.
Konn circles away from the clinch attempt.
Jackson throws a body punch but Konn moves out of range.

Konn shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in full mount! That's better than Konn was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure!

Konn looks like he's working for a submission but he's not found anything just yet.
Konn postures up and cracks his opponent a couple of times before moving back into close ground control. Jackson looks a forlorn figure.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
