Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between janino fironelli (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Marko Ruas (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Marko Ruas struggled to make weight for this fight. He only made it down to 172.4lbs at the first attempt and had to take the additional two hours to make the official bout weight. The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
No luck for fironelli with that takedown attempt.
Ruas misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
fironelli throws a push kick but Ruas slaps the foot to one side.
fironelli takes a punch to the jaw and another one to the bread basket.
Ruas scores with the left hand. fironelli knows he should have avoided that one.

fironelli moves into the clinch successfully.

Ruas gets control of fironelli's arms and successfully pulls guard. Ruas will no doubt be looking for submissions off his back.

fironelli seems to be squinting his left eye. Perhaps he got a poke in that previous exchange. Ruas shows no mercy and swarms him with a barage of strikes! fironelli is backing up but Ruas catches him with a final right hook that drops him! fironelli covers up and the referee steps in to end the fight! Ruas Jumps to his feet and flashes his guns to the crowd. Oh yeah, baby! How'd you like them apples?!
