Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Bud Hunt (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Gabriel Fenili (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Fenili has chosen Welcome Home (Sanitarium) as his entrance music. Gabriel Fenili told me before the fight that he's been watching a lot of DVDs so let's see if that helps him in this one! I can't wait to find out!

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 5 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Bud Hunt!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Nard Betker, Paulsen Ambrosius and Daniel Blasius.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hunt is looking to clinch but Fenili is avoiding it.
A jab from Hunt does it's job there.
Fenili defending well as Hunt loads up on a big left hand.
Fenili throws a right and a left that both miss.
Fenili shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Hunt sprawls well. Hunt wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Fenili gets slowly back to his feet.

Fenili shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Hunt manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage.

Fenili is trying a forearm choke… I don't think that's going to do much at this level of the game.

Fenili is fighting to break Hunt's control of his arms but Hunt is doing a good job of controlling the position at the moment.

Fenili drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Fenili jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.

Hunt lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
Fenili shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Hunt as he jumps to the side.
