The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Zornach blocks a jab.

Wallace changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Zornach tries to avoid it but Wallace manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Zornach to the ground. Zornach escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.

Zornach lands a left and a right that send Wallace crashing to the mat, dazed. Zornach thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!

It looks like James Wallace has been cut.

Wallace walks straight into a right hand from Zornach - that's dropped him! Zornach jumps into mount and starts pounding away - can he finish?! More strikes go undefended and the referee has to dive in to save Wallace from any more punishment! Wallace complains about the stoppage but falls over as he tries to stand back up, so it was clearly a good stoppage.
