Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Winky Monk (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and hitter dee (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Monk's entrance music is elephant man haters. A fine choice. dee has chosen Fed Up as his entrance music. Both fighters look pumped up here. Let's hope this is a good fight!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 4 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Winky Monk!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 4 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, hitter dee!
The judges for this bout are Paul Aken, Albert Achterberg and Aafke Stam.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Monk shapes like he's going to throw a leg kick but settles back down.
Monk is looking to clinch but dee is avoiding it.
Monk lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but dee circles away quickly and effectively.
Well, he's not going to score with shots like that. A lazy body kick attempt from Monk.

dee tries to keep at a distance but Monk has taken the fight into the clinch.

dee loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.

dee is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Monk is just riding it out for now. dee eventually gives up the hold.

Monk is holding a leg here, probably looking for an ankle lock - he drops back and goes for it! dee is in trouble! Is it all over??? No! dee has escaped and now he's on top!

dee got a little sloppy there for a moment and Monk has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, dee has managed to get both his arms back between Monk's legs - danger averted.
dee has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.

and Monk counters with a three punch combo that has dee backing up. dee nods at Monk to acknowledge the strikes.

Monk dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
dee shoots in but doesn't get the takedown

Monk misses with the combination.
Monk moves in looking to clinch but dee pushes him off.
Winky Monk is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.

and dee counters with a takedown into full mount! That could mean trouble for Monk!

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Monk escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. dee gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.

The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action! This is the final round!

Monk manages to pull guard.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.
