Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between cedric caraan (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ramon Labayen (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Ramon Labayen told me before the fight that he's been watching a lot of DVDs so let's see if that helps him in this one! I can't wait to find out!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Labayen feints and as caraan raises his hands in defense, Labayen changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.

Labayen gets to mount! caraan was on the offensive and wasn't defending properly.
Labayen has his opponent pinned against the ropes, landing some nasty ground and pound that is really making a bit of a mess out of caraan's face.

Labayen drops back for a leg here. A bit of a high risk move... He's looking for a kneebar by the looks of things. Now both of them are looking for submissions. Labayen seems to have locked his on tight now - caraan screams in pain and taps out furiously! It certainly was a high risk move but it's paid off for Labayen, as he picks up the win!
