Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, James Jones!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jones swings for the body but Haya moves out of range.
Haya could do with loosing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.
Jones fails to land the takedown.
Jones fails miserably with a takedown attempt.
Jones is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
Jones misses with a few strikes there.
Jones looks for a takedown but Haya sprawls well.
Ran Haya has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of James Jones.
Jones looks gassed!

Haya shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Haya showed some decent athleticism there.
Jones throws a strike from the bottom that misses.
Haya is tying to control. Jones wants to improve his position but can't escape this time.

Haya seems to be looking for submissions.

The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up.

Haya knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Jones on the ground.

Jones lands a beautiful switch and he's in full mount! That could spell trouble for Haya!

Haya is rocked!

Oh Haya is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!!
Jones fakes a shot to the body and cracks his opponent in the head. Nice ground and pound there!
Jones is landing with some decent strikes but Haya is trying to advance his position so the referee is letting the fight continue.
