The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Umbogo throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Umbogo swinging wildly here.
Umbogo tries to land a leg kick but Polamalu saw it coming and moves away.
Polamalu dives in and grabs Umbogo's left leg, looking for a takedown. Umbogo pushes down on Polamalu's head and hops out.
Umbogo lands a beauty of a right hand that gets the crowd cheering.

It looks like Rey Polamalu has been cut.
Polamalu shoots in but Umbogo avoids the takedown attempt easily.
Umbogo will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Umbogo fails to land with a series of punches.
Umbogo connects with a lovely right hand, straight down the pipe.
Umbogo cracks the inside of Polamalu's front leg.
Umbogo bobbing and weaving, closes the distance and lands a hook to the side of Polamalu's head.

Polamalu is rocked!
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Polamalu shoots in for a double leg but Umbogo sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Rey Polamalu. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Umbogo fails to land with a series of punches.

Umbogo tries to clinch but Polamalu is having none of it.

Umbogo connects with a good straight punch right through the guard and follows up with a right hook and a left hook! That last one sent Polamalu tumbling to the canvas! Umbogo pours on the pressure with more strikes and the referee has no hesitation diving in to stop the fight! Polamalu was done - good stoppage!
