Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Fernando Gracie (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jose Alcano (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Alcano is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: Three Stars & A Sun. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the ring.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Mauricio Rocha, Leandro Rodrigues and Paulo Santos.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A punch combination from Alcano misses.
Alcano with a jab.
Gracie shoots in and drives through. Alcano sprawls well.
Gracie will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.
Alcano lands a left and a right that send Gracie crashing to the mat, dazed. Alcano thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!
Gracie is rocked!
Gracie shoots in for a takedown and gets it.
Oh Gracie is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!!
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Alcano is trying to stand.
Gracie moves nicely into side control.
Gracie seems to have got his legs back now.
Gracie tries for a kimura but Alcano is defending well.
The fighters are tangled up in the ropes here. We might need a restart if the fighters can't break free themselves.
Alcano misses with a strike from the bottom.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Gracie tries to get to his feet but he's trapped momentarily.
Alcano is positioning himself to get back to half guard.
Alcano can't do much from the bottom here.
Gracie stands up and beckons Alcano to his feet.
Alcano fails to land with a series of punches.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd.
Alcano misses with a wild combination.
Fernando Gracie seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Gracie closes this distance looking for a takedown but Alcano circles away.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Fernando Gracie. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Alcano scores with a nice one two combo and darts back out of range to avoid anything coming in the opposite direction.
Alcano displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Gracie.
Gracie looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Alcano is fending him off so far but Gracie persists. Nope, Alcano circles away and we're back to standing.
Gracie gets his head snapped back by a nice shot there.
Gracie fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.
Alcano lands with a right and another and another! Gracie is in big trouble! Alcano lands again and this time it's lights out for Gracie! A quality knockout there for Alcano.
