Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Shigeki Sano, Taro Takaoka and Yasuomi Hirokawa.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Donaldo doesn't manage to clinch there - Rutten circles away.
Donaldo scores with a punch to the head.
Donaldo blocks the body kick.
Donaldo stalks Rutten and leaps in with a furious combination of punches. Uppercuts and crosses smash into Rutten's face. Rutten staggers backwards, shaken.
A slow jab from Rutten misses its intended target.
Donaldo moves forwards but Rutten connects with a nice, crisp jab.
Donaldo tries to close the distance and clinch up against the ropes but Rutten paws at him with a jab and circles away.
Rutten swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.
No joy there for Donaldo, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Donaldo doesn't manage to clinch there - Rutten circles away.
Rutten moves into range and connects with a jab.
Rutten throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Rutten misses with a low kick.
Donaldo moves out of range of the strikes.
Donaldo staying out of range there.
Rutten throws out a powerful jab.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Donaldo tries to clinch but Rutten moves out of range.
Rutten swats away the attempt to clinch by Donaldo.
Donaldo staying out of range there.
Donaldo moves in looking to clinch but Rutten pushes him off.
Donaldo swinging wildly here.
Donaldo misses with a wild combination.
Donaldo tries to close the distance and clinch up against the ropes but Rutten paws at him with a jab and circles away.
Rutten thumps Donaldo with a low kick.
Donaldo pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Donaldo slips a straight right by Rutten.
Donaldo rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Rutten moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Donaldo looks to land a combination but Rutten avoids it well.
Rutten lands a big right hand that sends Donaldo crashing to the mat! Rutten stays standing though and waves Donaldo back to his feet!
Donaldo is rocked!
Donaldo avoids the head kick by Rutten.
Oh Donaldo is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
A swing and a miss from Rutten.
Donaldo seems to have got his legs back now.
A head kick by Rutten - that's a beauty! Donaldo is out but he's somehow still standing... he's going... going... gone. Like a drunk walking down the middle of the road, the inevitable face plant follows and the delayed knockout arrives. Even Rutten can't help but laugh at the bizarre end to this one!
