Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Rasmus Soderstrom (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Optimus Prime (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Soderstrom's entrance music is Metallica Don't Tread on Me . A fine choice. Prime has chosen Man in the Mirror as his entrance music. Fingers crossed for an exciting fight - I'm sure both fighters are looking for a nice under the table bonus!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Soderstrom connects with a solid leg kick.
Soderstrom bobs and weaves and then throws a good body kick.
Soderstrom throws a quick head kick that skims the top of Prime's head.
Prime is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Soderstrom.
Good leg kick by Soderstrom there. It's the ones that make that thud noise that hurt and that was an almighty thud.
Prime throws a lazy body kick
and Soderstrom counters nicely by changing levels and landing a hook to the body.
Soderstrom is looking to clinch but Prime is avoiding it.
Prime takes a kick to the side of the head.

It looks like Optimus Prime has been cut.
A combination from Soderstrom does no damage.

Soderstrom closes the distance and clinches up with Prime, looking for a takedown. Soderstrom pushes Prime against the cage but Prime circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.

Prime tries to move into range but Soderstrom moves to the side and lands with a nice right hand.

Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Soderstrom, as that shot connected.
The fight stays on the outside here - Soderstrom looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
Soderstrom thuds his shin into the meat of Prime's side.
Soderstrom lands a jab. Then a cross. Then finally a nice hook to the body. Good work there by Soderstrom.

Prime takes one to the chin there.
Soderstrom looks to land a combination but Prime avoids it well.

Optimus Prime's cut is absolute horrible now. This looks like something out of a horror film with blood covering both fighters.

Soderstrom fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Prime, pushing him back against the cage.

The referee calls the doctor in to look at Optimus Prime's cut. Oh no, the doctor has called an end to the bout!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 5:39 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Cut). Rasmus Soderstrom!
