Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Homie Clown (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Phil Macaw (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 7 - 3 - 0, fighting out of New York, Phil Macaw!
The judges for this bout are Daniel Bishop, Andrew Berry and Donald Grub.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Clown fails miserably with a takedown attempt.
Clown misses with an uppercut.
Macaw misses the jab.
Clown misses with a looping right.
Clown fails to land with a series of punches.
Clown moves out of range of the body kick.

Clown shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in full mount! That's better than Clown was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure!
Macaw is wriggling around trying to escape.
Macaw is bucking up trying to escape but Clown cracks him with another couple of good strikes.
Macaw is writhing around trying to get back to his feet.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Clown controlling from mount.
Macaw looking to escape from mount but he's given up his back!

That's one minute gone in the round.
Clown is controlling the position but Macaw somehow manages to roll and ends up with half guard.
Macaw is staying active underneath Clown, who seems content to just control the action from this position.
Clown is really struggling to control Macaw but he's trying to hold on to the position.
Macaw is looking to improve his position.

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.
Macaw misses with a wild combination.
Macaw tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.
Macaw avoids the body shot from Clown.
Clown connects with a lovely jab that went straight through the gap between Macaw's hands.
Clown scores with a nice strike.

Clown drives through and clinches with Macaw against the cage.
Macaw tries a body shot but Clown blocks it.
Clown lands a hook to the body. It's hard to tell if that hurt Macaw or not.
Clown lands a right uppercut that snaps the head of Macaw backwards.

Clown throws a big uppercut that drops Macaw! More strikes from Clown and the referee jumps in to stop the fight! Macaw lies dazed against the cage as Clown celebrates with his cornermen!
