The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Romero tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Jackson swivels and escapes.
Romero looks for a takedown but Jackson sprawls well.
Romero will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.

Romero changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Jackson tries to avoid it but Romero manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Jackson to the ground. Jackson escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
