Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Valtir Griggoff (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ivan Karamazov (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Well, the cameraman is lingering on a pretty young lady for a bit too long there. Keep your eyes on the fighters buddy or you'll miss the fighter intros!

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Dmitry Maklakov, Viktor Lagutenko and Aleksei Zolotukhin.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Griggoff fails in his attempt to clinch.
Karamazov changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Griggoff tries to avoid it but Karamazov manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Griggoff to the ground. Griggoff escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Karamazov avoids a punch combination nicely.

Griggoff throws a low kick but his opponent is out of range.

Griggoff moves in looking to clinch but Karamazov pushes him off.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Karamazov throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Griggoff's waist but Griggoff gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Karamazov off to one side.

Griggoff might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.
Karamazov is frustrating his opponent with some stalling tactics from top position.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Griggoff wants to stand and escape but Karamazov is having none of it.
Karamazov postures up and scores with a shot to the body and a follow up elbow to the head.

Griggoff wants to stand up but Karamazov is controlling him.

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Ivan Karamazov dominated that round.
The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.

Griggoff has not gone for a single takedown so far in this fight, which seems like a very strange tactic when you consider that he has the superior wrestling and BJJ.

and Karamazov counters with a left right combination that sends Griggoff crashing to the mat - Karamazov wastes no time in diving on top of him and pounding Griggoff out for a TKO! Devastating finish!
