Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Miroslav Datsikov (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Kimbo Slide (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Kimbo Slide is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.

The judges for this bout are Taro Takaoka, Yukihiro Shimada and Ren Mimura.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Datsikov swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
A jab from Datsikov does it's job there.
Datsikov shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Slide but Slide pushes him off and we're back to square one.

Slide closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Slide lands in his opponent's guard.

Slide got a little sloppy there for a moment and Datsikov has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Slide has managed to get both his arms back between Datsikov's legs - danger averted.
