Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Johnathon Caines (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Osama Bin Laden (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Caines's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, Lose Yourself by Eminem. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Johnathon Caines!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 1 - 1, fighting out of Las Vegas, Osama Bin Laden !
The judges for this bout are Stewart Dunkirk, Gwen Towbar and Wesley Smith.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Caines drives through with a really nice takedown into side control.

Caines goes for an armbar! This could be all over! Wait, no, Bin Laden rolls with the submission and now he's on top in Caines's guard! Nice work there by Bin Laden !

Caines working for a triangle but Bin Laden defends it easily.

Caines has his foot on Bin Laden 's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Bin Laden works his way back into a safe position though.
Bin Laden is sitting in guard, working some ground and pound.
Bin Laden controlling from the guard. I say controlling but really, he's stalling.

Caines wants to sweep but no luck.

Bin Laden is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there.
Bin Laden must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu.
Caines keeping moving, preventing Bin Laden from controlling successfully.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Caines is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Bin Laden is aware though and is defending well.

Caines is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle.

Caines working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Bin Laden doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Bin Laden manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.
Caines is breathing heavily.

Bin Laden stands up and waves to Caines to follow him.

Caines takes an uppercut right on the button but keeps his composure.

Bin Laden wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Caines, who protects the arm well.
Caines is trying to buck Bin Laden off.

Bin Laden is pausing for a moment. What's he doing? It looks like he's clearing his nose. Oh dude! He's shot a load of snot all down Caines's shoulder. That is not cool.
Caines sneaks back into half guard.

Bin Laden wants to work for an arm triangle but Caines is really keeping half guard well and defending the submission attempt.
Bin Laden content to sit in half guard and control for a moment.

Caines looking for submissions off his back.

My god... these two guys really need to pick up the pace or everyone will leave to go get a beer.
Bin Laden takes a deep breath and rests his weight momentarily on top of his opponent, to control the position.
Caines is pressing down on Bin Laden 's left leg trying to get back to full guard. He's managed it.
Bin Laden not doing a lot at the moment. He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up.
Bin Laden chips away with some ground and pound.
Bin Laden trying to control the position from guard on top but Caines is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
Caines is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Bin Laden is controlling him.
Bin Laden is working Caines over from the guard. He should look to pass the guard and do a little more damage with these strikes.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

A close round but Osama Bin Laden will probably get the nod.
The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.


Caines throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Bin Laden lands a pitter patter jab to the forehead of his opponent.


It looks like Johnathon Caines has been cut.
Bin Laden will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Caines blocks a head kick by Bin Laden .
Caines misses with a two punch combination.
Bin Laden misses with a takedown attempt - Caines sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.
Bin Laden leaves Caines with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.
Bin Laden scores to the head and body with a nice combination!
Bin Laden lands with a thumping leg kick.
Caines falls off balance throwing a combination

and Bin Laden holds on and brings the fighters into a clinch.

Bin Laden breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.

Bin Laden breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
Bin Laden throws a nice inside leg kick.
Ouch! a nice leg kick from Bin Laden , right into the meat.

Bin Laden closes the distance and scores a nice trip takedown into half guard. Caines did well to prevent Bin Laden getting side control.
Bin Laden is scoring with some nice ground and pound from the dominant position.
Bin Laden takes advantage of the dominant position to land a couple of big hammer fists.
Caines is looking to escape.
Bin Laden is thwarting Caines's attempts to control the position.
Caines tries to roll over but Bin Laden keeps him under control.
Bin Laden is trying to control the action in half guard but Caines is working away on the bottom, looking perhaps to get back to full guard.

Bin Laden stops Caines from getting back to his feet.

The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up.
Bin Laden delivers a nice body kick.
Caines throws a series of punches but Bin Laden moves out of range.

Bin Laden drives through and clinches with Caines against the cage.
A frustrated look appears on Caines's face as he tries to break the clinch.

Caines takes an elbow to the forehead.

Bin Laden 's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
Bin Laden throws a leg kick but Caines sees it coming and checks it nicely.

and Bin Laden counters with a flying knee. Nice.
Caines is looking to take this fight into the clinch.
Johnathon Caines seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Bin Laden displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Caines.

Bin Laden lands a leg kick. The shin dug right into the meat of the thigh.
Bin Laden fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.

Caines shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in full mount! That's better than Caines was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure!

Caines with some aggressive grappling here. He's looking for submissions here, rather than waiting for the opportunity to counter.

Caines is working for a guillotine from mount but Bin Laden frees his head quite easily.
Bin Laden tries to hold on but Caines postures up.
Bin Laden is looking to get to half guard.

Caines looking for an armbar but decides to keep the dominant position instead.
Bin Laden is writhing around trying to get back to his feet.
Bin Laden is looking to get to half guard.

Bin Laden defends a decent attempt at a guillotine from Caines.
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.

Caines looking for a guillotine from mount but Bin Laden is having none of it.

Osama Bin Laden showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.

Caines moves into range and lands a nice leg kick.

Bin Laden throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Caines was covering up waiting for the punch and Bin Laden finishes the takedown easily into guard.

Caines can't keep his opponent in guard - Bin Laden advances to half guard, no doubt looking to mount.

Bin Laden is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Caines defends it well.
Bin Laden takes advantage of the dominant position to land a couple of big hammer fists.
Bin Laden thows a wild elbow that connects with the canvas.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.
Bin Laden is looking to take a break and control but Caines is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.

Bin Laden thows an elbow strike that misses. Caines gets hold of full guard and has managed to get a loose guillotine attempt. Bin Laden doesn't seem too bothered but Caines quickly shifts his position and has tightened the hold! Bin Laden is in big trouble now - he's going a funny colour - he's tapping out! Nice finish there! Bin Laden really should have spotted the danger earlier though... either incompetence or over-confidence has resulted in a big L on his record.
