Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Colin Fotheringham, James Glass and James Atkins.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Diaz looks to land a combination but Colt avoids it well.
Diaz swinging wildly here.
Colt slips a jab and a cross from Diaz.
Diaz throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Colt has closed the distance and engaged Diaz in a clinch.
Diaz struggles to land a body shot inside as Colt controls his hands.
Diaz changes levels and goes for a takedown here. Colt fights it off and pushes away nicely.
Excellent takedown into side control there by Diaz.
Diaz really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
Colt gets one leg under and gets the fight to half guard.
Colt tries to get to full guard but Diaz has control of the leg.
Diaz takes advantage of the dominant position to land a couple of big hammer fists.
Colt regains full guard. Nicely done.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Colt is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Diaz is aware though and is defending well.
Colt escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Diaz gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.
Diaz lands a couple of digs.

Colt is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.
Colt is looking to take a break and control but Diaz is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.

Diaz is concentrating on defense, preventing Colt from advancing position.
Diaz has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.
Diaz is looking to control Colt's leg but it's slowly edging free. Can Diaz avoid being mounted?
Colt is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Diaz defends it well.
Diaz is working on a guillotine. He's managed to get to full guard and he's really squeezing tight! Colt is tapping! Great win for Diaz!
