Nils Englund has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Arm Bar.

Bar shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Englund's guard.

Englund is edging up against the cage. He's using the cage to get back to his feet. Nice work there - the fighters are clinched.

Englund moves into range and throws a lovely three punch combination.
Englund lands a jab, followed by a cross and another cross, as Bar backs up against the cage.

Bar tries to move into range but Englund moves to the side and lands with a nice right hand.

Englund is looking to slow Bar down with leg kicks.
Bar is on the wrong end of a nice combination from Englund.
Englund is looking to wear down Bar with body shots, infact he's throwing more body shots than head shots at the moment.
Englund throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Bar stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.
Englund throws a body kick that sends a sickening thudding noise reverberating around the arena.

Bar takes a kick to the side of the head.

Englund rushes Bar with punches - Bar moves straight backwards instead of circling and gets clipped by the second strike... and the third... and the fourth! Oh, Bar goes down! Englund follows up with more strikes and the ref steps in to end the bout!
