Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between tigr griga (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ivan Badaman (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Ivan Badaman will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
griga is trying hard to land a takedown here. Badaman sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet.

Badaman decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard.
Still in half guard, Badaman seems content to control.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.

Despite being in the dominant position, Ivan Badaman just isn't active enough and the referee decides to stand the fighters back up.

A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace.

griga lands a shoulder strike that jolts his opponent's head backwards.

Badaman turns his back and goes for a hip toss. It's a bit messy but it gets the job done and Badaman manages to end up in side control.
You can see the frustration on griga's face, being in this tough position on the bottom.

Badaman stands up and we're back to a striking position.
