Powers tries to move into range but Lott moves to the side and lands with a nice right hand.
Lott takes one to the side of the head.
A jab from Lott finds it's way through Powers's defenses.

Powers closes the distance and lands a one-two.

It looks like Ronnie Lott has been cut.
Lott misses with a jab, cross combination.
Powers misses the shot to the body.
A cross from Lott lands.

and Lott counters nicely by changing levels and landing a hook to the body.

and Lott counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.

Powers drops Lott with a left and a right! Oh, Lott is hurt - Powers dives into side control looking to finish!

We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.
