The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nogueira misses with a jab, cross combination.
Nogueira lands a jab. Then a cross. Then finally a nice hook to the body. Good work there by Nogueira.
Nogueira looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Fedor is fending him off so far but Nogueira persists. Nope, Fedor circles away and we're back to standing.
Fedor fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Nogueira manages to avoid it.
Nogueira looks for a takedown but Fedor sprawls well.
Fedor lands a jab.

It looks like Antonio Rodrigo Nogueira has been cut.
Fedor lands three nice shots there - that looked like it hurt!

Alexi Fedor has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Antonio Rodrigo Nogueira.
Fedor ducks right into an uppercut from Nogueira.
Nogueira uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Fedor.
Fedor lands with a hook. Nogueira tried to avoid it but it clipped the top of his head.
Fedor avoids a punch combination nicely.
Fedor goes to the watering hole and comes back with a big thumbs up from the judges as he scores a three punch combo.

That has opened up Antonio Rodrigo Nogueira's cut even more.
Fedor lands with a shot to the body.
Fedor lands a nice hook to Nogueira's body. Nogueira takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes.
Nogueira looks gassed!
Fedor scores with a jab.
Fedor thuds his right hand into Nogueira's forehead from close range. That could be painful for both fighters.
Fedor bobs and weaves and unloads with a good uppercut.
Fedor cracks a nice hook into Nogueira's ribs.

Fedor slips in close and lands a nice hook before moving back out of range.

The cut above Antonio Rodrigo Nogueira's eye is starting to cause him problems now.
Fedor feints a kick and comes over the top with a right hand, followed by a left hook - both land, sending Nogueira crashing to the mat! This one is all over!
