Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Shane Caval (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and duke oates (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
3 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Shane Caval! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, duke oates! The judges for this bout are Gwen Towbar, Robert Twigg and Chris Downing.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! oates changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Caval tries to avoid it but oates manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Caval to the ground. Caval escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet. Caval lands a jab. Then a cross. Then finally a nice hook to the body. Good work there by Caval.
It looks like duke oates has been cut. Caval drops oates with a nice combination! Caval dives into oates's guard, looking to finish!
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! oates is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Caval is controlling him. Caval thows a big elbow that misses. Caval trying to control but oates is working from the bottom. Caval with a nice head shot there. oates keeping moving, preventing Caval from controlling successfully. oates looking to sweep here. No luck so far.
That's one minute gone in the round. A real slowdown in the pace of the fight for a moment, as oates holds on and takes a little breather. Caval might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground. oates avoiding any damage from the ground and pound. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. oates is avoiding any damage by keeping wrist control. A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Caval accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand. oates keeping moving, preventing Caval from controlling successfully. Caval sitting in guard here, content to control. Caval trying to control the position from guard on top but oates is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
That's two minutes gone in the round. A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace. Caval really is a fat lump.
The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up. A jab from Caval does it's job there. oates fails miserably with a takedown attempt. oates looks gassed! Caval lands a hook that stumbles oates back into the cage. Caval follows up with a straight and another hook that land right on the button, dropping oates to the canvas! Caval pounces and lands several unanswered shots - oates has had enough and taps out! This one is all over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:51 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Strikes). Shane Caval!
