Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 5 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Home Grown!
The judges for this bout are Patrick Alders, Nard Betker and Aafke Stam.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Grown lands a two punch combo.

Matrix drives through and clinches with Grown against the cage.

Matrix breaks from the clinch.
Matrix circles away from the clinch attempt
and Matrix counters with a nice uppercut.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Grown tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.
Grown slips a straight right by Matrix.
Grown swats away the attempt to clinch by Matrix.
Grown slips a jab from Matrix.
Grown misses with a double jab.
Matrix throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Grown stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.
Matrix misses with a double jab.
Grown gets cracked with a nice right hand there by Matrix.
Grown wants to clinch up but Matrix keeps it at a distance.
Grown misses with a hook.
Grown throws and low kick but Matrix moves out of range easily.
Grown will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Grown takes a jab right on the kisser.

It looks like Home Grown has been cut.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Grown on the wrong end of a nice hook.
Matrix misses with a hook.
Matrix fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Matrix is looking to score with low kicks.

Matrix gets in close and instigates a clinch.
Matrix throws a blind hook that connects with the side of Growns head.
A quick uppercut on the inside from Matrix.
Matrix working some nice short punches in the clinch.
Grown taking a breather.
Grown lands a hook to the body. It's hard to tell if that hurt Matrix or not.
Matrix lands a body punch in the clinch.
Grown looks gassed!
Both guys are working to get underhooks.
Matrix lands punches inside but they're not really causing much damage.

Matrix breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Matrix thuds a left hand into Grown's body.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Grown tries to keep at a distance but Matrix has taken the fight into the clinch.
Matrix lands punches inside but they're not really causing much damage.
Grown takes a shot to the head.
Matrix blocks a punch to the side of the head.
Matrix scores with a nice hook to the head.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Matrix lands with a right to the head.
Still in the clinch, Matrix scores with a nice short uppercut.

Matrix pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
Grown takes a shot to the eye socket. That's gotta hurt.
Matrix cracks Grown with a nasty uppercut that draws ooohs from the crowd and sends Grown tumbling backwards onto the mat. He tries to recover but Matrix pounces and lands a hail of unanswered strikes that forces the referee to step in to end the fight! Grown is not happy but he gave the referee no choice!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:18 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). John Matrix!
