Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Dave Mildenhall!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 4 - 2 - 1, fighting out of Hilo, Bizzy Bone!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Mildenhall fails miserably with a takedown attempt.
Bone is looking to clinch but Mildenhall is avoiding it.
Mildenhall really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
Bone doesn't manage to clinch there - Mildenhall circles away.

Bone shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Bone showed some decent athleticism there.
Bone prevents Mildenhall from improving his position.
Mildenhall won't allow Bone to pass to mount.
Bone perhaps working for something from half guard, or maybe not. It looks like he's just sitting there.
Bone lands with an elbow from half guard - that looked like it hurt.
Bone not throwing his punches with enough precision this time.
Bone wants to get back to his feet.
Mildenhall is looking for a sweep. Bone is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.
Mildenhall keeping his head moving to avoid the ground and pound.
Mildenhall is trying to stand.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Mildenhall is looking to get full guard. It looks like he might be successful but at the last minute Bone jumps into side control!
Bone takes a little break here. Mildenhall wants to take advantage but he is being controlled well.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Bone is looking to take a break and control but Mildenhall is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.

It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fighter is doing enough on the ground.
Mildenhall shoots in but doesn't get the takedown

and Bone moves into the clinch.
Bone lands a right uppercut that snaps the head of Mildenhall backwards.

Bone wants the takedown. Mildenhall is fighting it off but Bone persists and manages to bring the fight to the ground, ending up in Mildenhall's guard against the cage.
A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Bone accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.
Both fighters really going for it on the ground here!

Mildenhall working for a triangle but Bone defends it easily.
Mildenhall is breathing heavily.
Bone's corner is telling him to maintain position.

Mildenhall is active off his back here, looking for submissions.
Bone must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu.

Mildenhall looking for submissions from the bottom but instead Bone passes into side control.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Mildenhall is letting Bone control him for a moment.
Mildenhall wants to get back to his feet but Bone drags him back down.
Bone lands a nice forearm strike.
Bone advances nicely into full mount.
Mildenhall is in a horrible position here. Bone smacks him with another shot as he tries to escape the position.

I looks like Bone might be adopting somewhat of a lay and pray gameplan here, which I'm sure won't go down too well with the paying fans in attendance... Or the ring announcers come to think of it.

That's three minutes gone in the round.
Bone's corner are shouting for him to control the position and he seems happy to oblige.
Mildenhall wants to control but Bone is having none of it.
Bone takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though.
Bone trying to control but Mildenhall is having none of it.

Despite being in the dominant position, Bizzy Bone just isn't active enough and the referee decides to stand the fighters back up.
Mildenhall swings for the body but Bone moves out of range.

That's four minutes gone in the round.
Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
Mildenhall with a poor takedown

and Bone counters by moving into the clinch. Good anticipation by Bone.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Dave Mildenhall. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Mildenhall tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. Bone smiles and moves away.
Mildenhall looks to throw the jab but Bone is out of range.
Bone wants to clinch up but Mildenhall keeps it at a distance.
Bone tries to clinch but Mildenhall is having none of it.
Mildenhall tries for a takedown but Bone circles away easily

and Bone moves into the clinch.
Bone lands with a light punch inside.
Bone working on landing some head shots here - that one got through nicely.
An uppercut to the body lands inside from Bone.
Bone with the Thai clinch, lands a knee to the head.


Mildenhall is rocked!


It looks like Dave Mildenhall has been cut.

Bone has clasped his hands together around Mildenhall's back... aaand, he's got a takedown into side control. Nicely done.
Oh Mildenhall is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!!
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.
Mildenhall is positioning himself to get back to half guard.
Mildenhall seems to have got his legs back now.
The referee asks Bone politely if he wouldn't mind getting on with it and actually doing something. Bone prefers to stall for the moment though.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Bizzy Bone dominated that round.
The cut man is working on Dave Mildenhall's cut.
That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.



Bone closes the distance and pushes Mildenhall back into the cage.
Knees to the body from Bone.
Bone makes some space for himself and lands an uppercut.
Knees in the clinch landing for Bone.
Bone throws a big uppercut that drops Mildenhall! More strikes from Bone and the referee jumps in to stop the fight! Mildenhall lies dazed against the cage as Bone celebrates with his cornermen!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:20 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Bizzy Bone!
