Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Vladmir Pastroyka (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Antonio Rodrigo Nogueira (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Antonio Rodrigo Nogueira acknowledges the crowd's support as he enters the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Pastroyka has taken the fight to the clinch.
Nogueira tries to pull guard but can't drag his opponent to the mat. Pastroyka just stands there and leans against the cage.
Nogueira jumps guard but Pastroyka stands there with Nogueira around his waist. Nogueira gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.

Nogueira gets a trip takedown into half guard.

Nogueira is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Pastroyka doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Nogueira.

Nogueira is working for a kimura but Pastroyka is defending it quite comfortably.

Nogueira drops back looking for a heel hook - he quickly realises he's not going to get it but Pastroyka manages to dive on top of him before he can escape and now Nogueira has Pastroyka in his guard.

Pastroyka is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there.
The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.
Pastroyka is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long.

Pastroyka got a little sloppy there for a moment and Nogueira has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Pastroyka has managed to get both his arms back between Nogueira's legs - danger averted.

Nogueira is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Pastroyka is aware though and is defending well.

Nogueira can't escape the position.

The referee warns Nogueira that he has to improve his position here as he takes two more clean shots to the head.
Pastroyka lands an elbow that was bordering on illegal but the referee lets it go with a warning.
Pastroyka loads up on a couple of big shots to the head that have Nogueira scrambling to escape. He can't get free though and several more unanswered shots from Pastroyka land to the head. The referee has no choice but to stop the fight. Pastroyka stands and salutes the crowd.
