Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Meano Beano (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ricky Robinson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Robinson has chosen Blur - Song 2 Remix as his entrance music. Ricky Robinson is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.

The judges for this bout are Steven Brown, Daniel Bishop and James Ackerman.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Beano lands a jab, followed by a cross and another cross, as Robinson backs up against the cage.
Robinson stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Robinson wants it to stay on the feet.

and Beano counters with a shoot takedown. Robinson fights it but they end up in guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Beano has decided he wants to stand but the closed guard of Robinson is proving hard to escape from.
Beano is looking to work some ground and pound but Robinson has wrist control.

Robinson can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as Beano controls the pace.

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.
Robinson swings for the body but Beano moves out of range.

Robinson tries to score a power double leg takedown but Beano sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Robinson somewhat.

Beano drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard.

Robinson wants to get back to his feet but Beano is in a dominant position and won't allow it.

Robinson is persisting with the attempt to improve his position.

Beano gets to his feet. Robinson looking to butt scoot but the ref puts an end to that. On your feet son!

Robinson gets to his feet - Beano follows without any prompting.
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.
Robinson fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Beano manages to avoid it.

That was a close second round but I would say that Meano Beano will probably get the nod.
