The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bronson fails with the takedown.
Michaels tries to clinch but Bronson is having none of it.
Michaels drives through with a really nice takedown into side control.
Bronson tries to improve position but can't.
Michaels thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead.
Bronson takes a couple of big shots there - the referee warns him that he has to defend himself better.
Michaels is working for what looks like an arm triangle here. Bronson is trying to escape and Michaels transitions quickly into an armbar! He's slapped it on tight and Bronson is forced to tap! Nice work there by Michaels! Very nice indeed!
