Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Andreas Dassler (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Hiro Aoki (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Hiro Aoki has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Hiro Aoki!
The judges for this bout are Yukihiro Yamamoto, Taro Takaoka and Yuuki Gou.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Dassler looking to shoot here. He's gone for it and he's landed a takedown into mount! Oh, that's bad for Aoki!
Aoki looks really tired already! That doesn't bode well for a good, competitive fight!
Dassler fails to move to back control.
Aoki working to try and regain half guard.
Aoki is trying to reverse the position but instead Dassler has taken his back - oops!
Dassler keeps control of the position as Aoki tries to break free.
Aoki grimaces as he takes a shot to the body.

Dassler is persistently looking for the submission but Aoki is defending it well.
Dassler struggling to keep hold of the position.

Aoki rolls and manages to get back to half guard. Nicely done.

Aoki works his way to full guard. Good work.
Dassler tries to free his leg and advance position but Aoki is retaining full guard.
Dassler not doing a lot at the moment. He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up.
Dassler stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Aoki swivels though and keeps the full guard.
Dassler passes Aoki's right leg, so he's now in half guard.
Aoki wants to improve his position but Dassler is controlling well.

Aoki is looking to sinch up a gullotine here but Dassler pulls his head out easily.
The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily.
Dassler is keeping good posture, landing some ground and pound.

Aoki gets full guard.

Aoki has his foot on Dassler's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Dassler works his way back into a safe position though.

Aoki escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Dassler gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.

Aoki has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Dassler can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.
This has been an exciting period of action!

Aoki pushes a forearm under Dassler's chin to create some space. He's escaped his hips and pivoted quickly for an armbar! Can he extend the arm? Yes, Dassler is tapping out! Damn, that was fast!
