Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between John Blasko (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Vitor Dos Santos (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Dos Santos has chosen Sail as his entrance music. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Dos Santos is looking to slow Blasko down with leg kicks.
The fight stays on the outside here - Blasko looks like he's thinking about clinching though.

Dos Santos clinches up with Blasko and pushes him back against the cage.
The pace really dropping off here, momentarily.
Blasko wants to break free. God knows he wants to breaaaak freeee.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.
With the fighters clinched against the cage, Dos Santos creates a bit of distance for himself and scores with a nice uppercut.
Dos Santos stays in close to his opponent and throws a right hand to the body.
Dos Santos is trying to force a seperation but Blasko has the dominant position.

Dos Santos digs a right hand into Blasko's ribs. Those have got to be taking their toll on Blasko's gas tank.
Blasko tries to pull guard but Dos Santos holds him up against the cage and eventually Blasko drops back down to his feet.

enabling Blasko to counter with a crisp jab.

The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.

A close round but Vitor Dos Santos will probably get the nod.
That's time! Blasko's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight.

and Blasko makes him pay by landing a nice hook to the body before moving out of range.
Blasko tries to close the distance and clinch up but Dos Santos swats him away and circles back towards the center.
A nice inside leg kick there by Blasko. That's going to slow Dos Santos down.

Dos Santos misses with an uppercut. Blasko saw that one coming.

Blasko scores with a nice takedown into half guard. Let's see what he's got on the ground.

The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business. This is the final round!

Blasko has his head snapped back a nice jab. A little nod from Blasko there as he acknowledges the shot.

With the fighters clinched against the cage, Blasko creates a bit of distance for himself and scores with a nice uppercut.

Dos Santos presses Blasko against the cage and delivers a mid-strength body shot.

Blasko jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Dos Santos walks away with a smile on his face. Blasko gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.

Vitor Dos Santos comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
I think Dos Santos has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
