Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Hiiri drops back looking for a leg! Ramirez is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Ramirez manages to kick Hiiri off! Hiiri jumps back into Ramirez's guard.
The fighters are going at a pretty good pace and they're both starting to sweat now.
Hiiri sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Ramirez's guard.
