Well, the cameraman is lingering on a pretty young lady for a bit too long there. Keep your eyes on the fighters buddy or you'll miss the fighter intros!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Holmen closes the distance and clinches up with McCold, looking for a takedown. Holmen pushes McCold against the cage but McCold circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
McCold lands a pitter patter jab to the forehead of his opponent.
McCold fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
McCold waves his right hand out infront of him, looking to distract Holmen. Oh, he's unloaded a beast of a left hand - it worked! He's dropped Holmen to the canvas! Can he finish him!?

Holmen is rocked!

Holmen tries to regain full guard. Instead though, McCold has advanced to mount. Uh oh.
McCold lands with some vicious ground and pound - can Holmen hang on?
McCold can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as Holmen is looking to escape.

McCold cracks Holmen with a big right hand and Holmen goes down!

It looks like Sami Holmen has been cut.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.

Holmen has an omoplata and is looking to use it perhaps as a submission or perhaps to transition. McCold is in a bit of discomfort here, but he's managed to free himself and has dived into side control! That didn't work out too well for Holmen.

Holmen looks to be working for a triangle here. Oh, it looks like he might have it! McCold has picked Holmen up and slammed him! Holmen can't keep hold of the triangle and McCold manages to pass to side control!

McCold has the hooks in. Holmen is trying to push off one leg but he has to do so cautiously to avoid being submitted.

Holmen should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete.
McCold walks forward and throws a big overhand right! Holmen drops to the floor like a sack of potatoes! McCold swarms on him with more punches until the referee wrestles him away from Holmen's unconscious body! Wow, that was brutal!
