Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Money Pakyaw (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Alex Evans (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Evans comes into a darkened arena with his song building. "Phenomenon" by Thousand Foot Krutch kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! Money Pakyaw had real problems making weight for this fight. After initially coming in at 137.1lbs, he had two hours to make the official fight weight. He made it but it will have taken a lot out of him to cut those extra few pounds. Both fighter's entrance songs getting the crowd jumping here.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Pakyaw is trying hard to land a takedown here. Evans sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet.
Pakyaw shoots for a double leg takedown but Evans sprawls well. He's pushed Pakyaw's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
Nice shot lands for Evans.

It looks like Money Pakyaw has been cut.
Pakyaw is looking to clinch.
Pakyaw shoots in for a takedown but Evans shows good takedown defense.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Money Pakyaw. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Evans lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Pakyaw circles away quickly and effectively.
Evans leaves Pakyaw with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.

A head kick lands from Evans that sends Pakyaw to the canvas. Pakyaw tries to scramble back to his feet but Evans brings him back down into side control.

Evans decides to stand back up. Evans steps back and let's Pakyaw get back to his feet.
Oh Pakyaw is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Pakyaw throws a decent looking leg kick but it doesn't land clean.
Pakyaw seems to have got his legs back now.

Pakyaw misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.
Pakyaw tries to close the distance and clinch but Evans swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
This is turning into a torrid day at the office for Pakyaw. He's trying desperately to land a takedown but he's failing miserably and getting slapped silly on the feet to compound his misery.

Evans lands a left and a right that sends Pakyaw crashing to the canvas! Evans dives into mount looking to finish!

Money Pakyaw's cut is getting worse.

Evans stands up from the dominant position. He obviously fancies his chances standing.
Evans turns his hip over beautifully as he lands a nice leg kick.
Money Pakyaw seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Evans throws a nice looking combination but Pakyaw bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
Good exchange - Evans coming out on top.
Evans fakes low and throws an overhand right that catches Pakyaw on the side of the head.
Evans connects with a jab, followed by a picture perfect straight right that sends Pakyaw to the canvas, out cold! What a finish by Evans!
