Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Dragon tries to clinch but Jackson is having none of it.
Dragon looks really tired already! That doesn't bode well for a good, competitive fight!
Jackson shoots in but no luck this time.
Jackson fails with a takedown attempt.
Dragon tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Dragon tries to clinch up.
Horrible takedown by Jackson or perhaps it was just good defense by Dragon which made him look bad.

Jackson throws a head kick but Dragon moves out of range.
Dragon tries to clinch but Jackson is having none of it.
No joy there for Dragon, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Dragon throws a nice looking combination but Jackson bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
Rick Dragon seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd.
A combination from Dragon does no damage.
Nice sprawl there from Dragon as Jackson shoots in.
Jackson misses with a straight right.
Jackson will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.
Jackson looks frusrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.
Dragon misses with a wild combination.

Jackson closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Dragon to the mat! Dragon manages to get full guard.
Jackson loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry.
We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Dragon can do anything to dispel that myth.

Jackson passes Dragon's right leg, so he's now in half guard.

Jackson is trying to work for a kimura. He's got his hands clasped together - this could be trouble! No, Dragon has managed to free his arm - good work.

Jackson wants to work for an arm triangle but Dragon is really keeping half guard well and defending the submission attempt.
Dragon really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Jackson. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Jackson misses with a head shot. Dragon uses the momentum to regain guard.

The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.
Jackson is looking to work some ground and pound but Dragon has wrist control.

Dragon takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness.
Nice takedown defense from Dragon. No joy for Jackson on that attempt.
Jackson ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Dragon moves away.
Dragon is looking to clinch.
Jackson fails miserably with a takedown attempt.
Jackson changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Dragon tries to avoid it but Jackson manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Dragon to the ground. Dragon escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Bobby Jackson. That's going to take a lot out of him.

Jackson shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Dragon but Dragon pushes him off and we're back to square one.
Dragon is breathing heavily.

Excellent takedown into side control there by Jackson.

Jackson tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Jackson has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!
Jackson has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.

Jackson creates a bit of distance and throws down some hard shots.


Dragon is rocked!
Jackson grinds an elbow into Dragon's temple.
Dragon is still in real trouble! Can Jackson finish him?
Jackson cracks Dragon with a big elbow.
Jackson lands a knee to the body and follows it up with some ground and pound to the head. That will wear Dragon down.
Jackson is putting a hurting on Dragon here, landing some big shots from side control.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!

Jackson has knee on belly and now moves to full mount! Trouble for Dragon!
The referee warns Dragon that he has to improve his position here as he takes two more clean shots to the head.

It looks like Rick Dragon has been cut.

Jackson lands a big shot there that rocks Dragon but he's holding on and managing to survive for now.
Jackson lands a nice shot to the head.


Rick Dragon's cut is absolute horrible now. This looks like something out of a horror film with blood covering both fighters.

The referee calls the doctor in to look at Rick Dragon's cut. Oh no, the doctor has called an end to the bout!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:31 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Cut). Bobby Jackson!
