Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Tam Tam Waddy (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and joe lee (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Waddy shoots in and bounces lee off the cage to secure the takedown into guard.
Waddy might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.

Waddy shoots in looking for a single leg takedown. lee is trying to defend but Waddy finishes it well and ends up in half guard. Let's see if he can advance position further.
lee has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Waddy is working away from the top position though.

Waddy is trying to work for a kimura. This could be trouble! No, lee has managed to free his arm - good work.

Waddy drops back, looking for a kneebar! lee looks panicked! The fighters roll across the mat, one looking to finish, one looking to escape. lee looks to have wriggled free... Yes, he's got his leg free and he's dived into side control! Good work there from lee!
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

lee is looking to take a break and control but Waddy is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.

lee really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Waddy. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
lee wants to lay and pray for a moment but Waddy keeps working.
lee is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.

The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action.

lee postures up and lands a big shot to Waddy's brow.

Waddy is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle.
lee is pushing down on Waddy's leg trying to pass to half guard. Waddy is fighting to maintain full guard but lee has managed to sneak the leg through.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.

Tam Tam Waddy overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far.
lee doesn't have the hooks in and Waddy manages to turn into his guard.

Waddy is looking for a kimura but lee is holding onto that half guard position, so it's hard for Waddy to get the leverage.

Waddy is sneakily working for an arm triangle but lee sees it coming and defends easily.
