The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Animal tries to close the distance and clinch but Silva swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.
Silva wants to take a breather but Animal manages to regain guard - a lesson learnt for Silva.
