The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Mycock misses with a double jab.
Mycock wants to slow AlHaddin down by chopping away at his legs.
AlHaddin shoots in for a takedown but Mycock shows good takedown defense.
AlHaddin looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Mycock is fending him off so far but AlHaddin persists. Nope, Mycock circles away and we're back to standing.
Mycock looks to land a body kick but AlHaddin moved away.
A telegraphed takedown attempt from AlHaddin is defended easily by Mycock.

Mycock bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in AlHaddin's guard.

Mycock got a little sloppy there for a moment and AlHaddin has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Mycock has managed to get both his arms back between AlHaddin's legs - danger averted.
A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Mycock accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.

AlHaddin sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Mycock's guard.

AlHaddin seems to be looking for submissions.
