The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hard gets a clinch.
Sherringham is trying to work for a single leg takedown but Hard pulls him back up using the underhooks.
Sherringham prevents a takedown attempt there.
Sherringham is working for takedown but Hard is calmly controlling the position for now.
Sherringham turns his back and goes for a hip toss. It's a bit messy but it gets the job done and Sherringham manages to end up in side control.
Sherringham advances nicely into full mount.
Sherringham thowing strikes but they're hitting the gloves, not doing any damage.
Sherringham is working to isolate an arm here. It's a telegraphed submission attempt but he's gone for it anyway - and he's got it! Sherringham extends the arm and Hard is forced to tap!
