Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Juan Jimenez (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jimbo Lebria (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jimenez looking for a takedown here - he's got it.
Jimenez might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.
Jimenez postures up.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Jimenez not doing a lot at the moment. He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up.
Jimenez wants to pass the guard but Lebria is keeping the position.
Lebria is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.
Jimenez rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Lebria moves out of range and avoids them all easily.

Lebria throws a looping overhand right but Jimenez ducks down to avoid it.
Jimenez is looking to take this fight into the clinch.
Lebria closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard.
Jimenez is trying to control but can't.
The referee walks around the fighters to get a better view of the action. Lebria lands a nice short elbow.
Jimenez is trying to maintain the position but Lebria is very close to passing his half guard.

Jimenez won't allow Lebria to pass to mount.

Lebria is thwarting Jimenez's attempts to control the position.
Lebria seems to have lost interest with the ground game and is thinking about standing back up.
Lebria throwing punches and elbows but they're not doing any damage.
Jimenez is looking to get back to is feet but Lebria passes into side control.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.
Jimenez can't do much from the bottom here.
Lebria tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Lebria has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!
Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.
Jimenez digs a good body shot into Lebria's ribs.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.
Lebria has his takedown stuffed
and Jimenez counters with a series of strikes. Lebria will be more careful next time no doubt.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
A close round but Jimbo Lebria will probably get the nod.
That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business.
Lebria misses with a takedown attempt
and Jimenez counters with a right hand to the body.
Jimenez tries to close the distance and clinch but Lebria swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.

Lebria circles away from the clinch attempt.
Jimenez feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.
Lebria is trying to control the position but Jimenez postures up.
Jimenez wants to control from the top but Lebria keeps moving.
Lebria is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.
Jimenez drops back looking for a leg! Lebria is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Lebria manages to kick Jimenez off! Jimenez jumps back into Lebria's guard.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.

Jimenez seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Lebria does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.

The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up.
Jimenez darts in and lands a nice takedown into half guard.

Lebria works his way to full guard. Good work.
Jimenez tries to free his leg and advance position but Lebria is retaining full guard.
Hammerfist, elbow! yells Jimenez's corner. There ya go! There ya go!
Lebria has his hands on Jimenez's head, controlling the position.
Jimenez forces his way into half guard.
Jimenez is controlling the pace.

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.
Jimenez fakes a shot to the body and cracks his opponent in the head. Nice ground and pound there!

Jimenez has isolated one of Lebria's arms. Lebria looking to fight him off but Jimenez twists into an armbar. It's tight... Will he tap?? YES, he's tapped! This one is all over!
