The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ejals throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Stark's waist but Stark gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Ejals off to one side.
Stark throws a right hand that Ejals ducks under and follows up with a left that Ejals also avoids with ease.

Ejals looking to shoot here. He's gone for it and he's landed a takedown into mount! Oh, that's bad for Stark!
Ejals wants to take his opponent's back but he's not managed it.
Stark is trying desperately to improve position.

Ejals looking for a guillotine from mount but Stark is having none of it.
Stark really trying hard to get back to half guard here.
Ejals throws an elbow from mount that misses. Lucky escape for Stark because Ejals loaded up on that one.

Ejals looks like he's working for a submission but he's not found anything just yet.
Ejals can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as Stark is looking to escape.
Stark is trying to escape the mount but Ejals keeps good control and instead manages to take Stark's back.
Stark tries to roll but Ejals sticks to his back.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.
Stark covers up after taking a massive shot to the side of the head.

Ejals is remaining active here, looking for the choke. The more discerning members of the crowd will appreciate his efforts.
Stark really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Ejals. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Ejals is breathing heavily.
Stark manages to reverse the position and now he's in Ejals's guard. Nice work there by Stark.
Stark tries to stand but Ejals is controlling from the bottom.

Stark would like to get this fight back to the feet but can't get free from the closed guard.

Ejals throws a couple of shots from the bottom but they don't land.
Ejals lands a beautiful switch and he's in full mount! That could spell trouble for Stark!

Kora Ejals is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.
Stark tries to clinch up but Ejals circles away and keeps his distance.

Stark lands a big head kick that sends Ejals tumbling to the mat! Stark takes a step backwards and waves Ejals back to his feet - he wants the finish!

Ejals is rocked!
Stark lands with a jab that stuns his opponent. Ejals is looking to close the distance but Stark sees it coming and throws a beautiful knee! Ejals crumbles to the mat and that's all she wrote! Let's hope Ejals is OK because that was naaaaaasty!
