The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Stephansson shoots in for a takedown but Montillo shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.

Stephansson changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Montillo looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.

and Montillo counters with a nice low kick that buckles Stephansson's knee momentarily.
