The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Leaf cracks Riggs with a right hand to the side of the head.

It looks like Eddie Riggs has been cut.
The fighters circle momentarily. Leaf darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch.
Riggs is looking to clinch but Leaf is avoiding it.
Riggs avoids a punch combination nicely.
Leaf misses with a body shot.
Riggs throws a nice looking combination but Leaf bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.

Leaf cracks Riggs with a big right hand that sends him crashing to the floor. Leaf has the opportunity to follow him to the ground but instead he's beckoning Riggs to stand back up!

Riggs is rocked!
Riggs throws a series of punches but Leaf moves out of range.
Riggs is still on wobbly legs! Can Leaf finish him?
Riggs shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Leaf as he avoids it easily.
Leaf swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Riggs seems to have recovered his senses.
Riggs takes a shot to the body in his stride.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Leaf lands an uppercut out of nowhere! Riggs falls backwards - clearly groggy! Leaf dives in and finishes the fight with more strikes for a TKO finish!
