Well, the cameraman is lingering on a pretty young lady for a bit too long there. Keep your eyes on the fighters buddy or you'll miss the fighter intros!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Richards tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Maine tries to land a front kick but Richards steps back. That was a bit too telegraphed.
Richards throws a head kick that misses.
Richards throws a sloppy head kick and Maine moves out of range easily.
Maine pushes Richards away with a front kick.
Richards is breathing heavily.
Crunch! Maine slams his shin into Richards's torso.

Richards throws a leg kick but Maine sees it coming and checks it nicely.

Maine bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control.
The fighters are trapped in the ropes so we're going to have a reposition here. The ref calls for a break and repositions the fighters in the center of the ring.
Maine connects with a decent looking elbow from side control that caused Richards some visible discomfort.

Maine has hold of Richards's arm. He's looking for a kimura. Richards seems comfortable defending it but Maine has shifted his position slighty and is cranking on the arm! Richards is real pain and he's forced to tap out! Richards is disgusted with himself for not defending it better but Maine couldn't care less - he's delighted!
