Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Lo Wang (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Carlie Phelps (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Wang kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is Everybody was kung fu fighting. Phelps comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Dixie kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! Carlie Phelps has the eye of the tiger tonight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Phelps is looking to clinch but Wang is avoiding it.
Phelps tries to clinch but Wang moves out of range.
Phelps wants to clinch up but Wang keeps it at a distance.
Wang throws a feint and then finishes with a kick to the body.
Wang throws a head kick that connects with a bit of head and a bit of hand.
Phelps doesn't manage to clinch there - Wang circles away.

Phelps tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Wang paws at him with a jab and circles away.

Wang scores with a nice one two combo and darts back out of range to avoid anything coming in the opposite direction.

Wang stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Wang wants it to stay on the feet.
Carlie Phelps seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Wang instigates a clinch.
Phelps seems to have recovered his senses.
Wang breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.

Wang has closed the distance and engaged Phelps in a clinch.
Phelps takes a knee right on the jaw!
Wang pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
Wang scores with the left hand. Phelps knows he should have avoided that one.
Wang lands a left and a right that send Phelps crashing to the mat, dazed. Wang thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!
Wang clinches up with Phelps and pushes him back against the cage.
Wang lands an elbow inside.
Wang connects with a knee to the head.

That has opened up Carlie Phelps's cut even more.
Wang's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
Wang connects with a jab and follows up with a big overhand right! Oh that's hurt Phelps! He's out on his feet! Wang rushes in and drops Phelps with another big right hand, forcing the referee to stop the fight!
